Colleen E. Westbrook

Colleen Westbrook represents executives and employers in negotiating employment, equity and severance arrangements. She is experienced with the often complex compensation practices of investment banks as well as the compensation practices of major private equity firms, hedge funds and privately-held companies.

After graduating from Yale Law School, Ms. Westbrook worked on regulatory matters for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. From November 2000 through April 2005, Ms. Westbrook was an attorney with our Firm, serving as a Partner from 2003 through April 2005. From 2005 to 2009, she was an executive compensation partner at another, respected New York law firm. She rejoined our Firm as Of Counsel in June 2010.
